OUR CENTER

Our off-ice hockey training facility is divided into four strategic zones that, when combined, offer a comprehensive model for player development.


From skating and shooting to diagnostics and gym, each zone is equipped with the latest training technologies and utilizes methods that contribute to an unparalleled training environment. It is filled with cutting-edge technology unlike anything else in Southern California. 

SKATING ZONE

Featuring two hockey skating treadmills, this zone is designed for development of individual skills such as skating, speed, power, stability, and acceleration.

SHOOTING ZONE

Synthetic ice zone created to develop a player’s puck-handling skills, with a focus on shooting drills, and stick handling.

TESTING ZONE

Zone designed to assess a player's physical fitness level using a specialized diagnostic system to establish a baseline and develop customized training plans and set goals.

GYM ZONE

Functional training workouts, plyo-exercises, dynamic and static stability, compensation exercises, and stretching.

OUR STAFF

Our dedicated staff members are passionate about their work, and their enthusiasm shines through in everything they do. In addition to a wealth of knowledge and extensive experience in their respective fields, each team member has also undergone rigorous training and certification to ensure they provide the highest level of expertise and service to each player that walks through our doors.

Who do we train?

From mites to pros, we work with everyone! All players can always further develop skills in skating, shooting, stick handling, or with strength and fitness. We welcome motivated individuals, teams, groups, and schools (non-sectarian public, charter, and private).
